运动台签用于预防妇科癌症患者术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果观察

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of the applying exercise signboard in health education for preventing deep venous thrombosis (DVT) of patients undergone gynecologic malignant surgeries. Methods Two hundred and sixteen patients undergone gynecologic malignant surgeries were divided into experimental group (n=111) and control group (n=105). Patients in experimental group were given exercise followed by signboard, while patients in control group followed oral and written guiding to do routine functional postoperative exercise. The incidence of DVT, preoperative and postoperative D-dimer level, degree of satisfaction and effect of health education were compared. Results Postoperative D-dimer level and the incidence of postoperative DVT in experiment group were lower than those in control group, while patients were more satisfied with the treatment and effects of health education were significantly better in experimental group (P<0.05). Conclusion Exercise signboard used in health education can effectively prevent DVT after gynecologic malignant surgeries and improve the degree of satisfaction and the effects of health education.%　　目的探讨运动台签对预防妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后下深肢静脉血栓形成的效果.方法将216例妇科癌症手术患者随机分为观察组(n=111)和对照组(n=105)，观察组遵照运动台签形式进行术后运动；对照组采用口头和书面形式，指导患者按照科室常规的功能锻炼进行术后运动.比较两组患者手术前后D-二聚体水平，术后下肢临床表现及深静脉血栓发生率，出院前健康教育效果和患者满意度.结果术后观察组D-二聚体水平低于对照(P<0.05)；观察组术后下肢深静脉血栓发生率少于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者健康教育效果和满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论运动台签用于指导术后运动，能有效预防妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后下肢深静脉血栓形成，提高健康教育效果和患者满意度.
