Objective To explore the effect of the participation of fixed caregivers in extended nursing on rehabilitation of patients with ischemic stroke in recovery period. Methods Thirty-four cases of stroke patients were included in the study. Patients and their fixed caregiver received guidance on rehabilitation knowledge and skills during hospitalization then the caregivers participated in the extended nursing after discharge. Patients ' ability of daily living (ADL), limb function, swallowing and linguistic function and care time of the fixed caregivers were compared before and after the intervention. Results There were significant differences in ADL, limb function, swallowing and linguistic function of the patients before and after the intervention ( P<0.01) and the care time was shortened after intervention (P<0.01). Conclusions With the participation of fixed caregivers in extended nursing, patients with ischemic stroke can have systematic and standardized nursing and rehabilitation and it is conducive to promoting the recovery of limbs, swallowing and language function and improving the ADL of patients, thus to improve the quality of life of patients.%目的 探讨固定照护者参与式延续性护理在脑卒中恢复期患者中的应用效果.方法 选取我院收治34例脑卒中恢复期患者,医护人员在患者住院期间指导患者及其固定照护者掌握相关的护理康复知识及技能,照护者参与患者出院后恢复期的延续性护理与康复.观察比较干预前后患者日常生活活动能力、肢体功能、吞咽功能、语言功能、照护者每日照护患者时间.结果 干预后脑卒中患者日常生活活动能力、肢体功能、吞咽功能、语言功能较干预前改善(P<0.01),照护者每日照护患者时间较干预前缩短(P<0.01).结论 固定照护者参与式延续性护理使脑卒中恢复期患者出院后仍能得到系统化、规范化的护理与康复,促进患者肢体、吞咽及语言功能的恢复,提高患者的生活质量.
