早期介入认知行为治疗对重度抑郁发作患者生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 探讨早期介入认知行为治疗对重度抑郁发作患者生活质量的影响.方法 选取60例重度抑郁发作患者,随机分为干预组和对照组,各30例.对照组给予常规药物治疗、护理和健康教育,干预组在对照组的基础上早期进行6周的认知行为治疗.在基线、第4周、第6周采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表、健康状况调查问卷进行评定.结果 抑郁量表及健康状况调查问卷各维度评分在基线组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).重复测量的方差分析结果显示,抑郁量表及健康状况调查问卷各维度评分时间主效应有统计学意义(P<0.05).抑郁量表及健康状况调查问卷的7个维度(心理健康维度除外)评分组间主效应有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 重度抑郁发作患者早期给予认知行为治疗,可明显改善患者的抑郁情绪,提高其生活质量.%Objective To explore the effect of early cognitive behavior treatment on quality of life of patients with major depressive episode. Methods Sixty patients with major depressive episode were randomly divided into study group and control group. Control group was given routine care, and study group additional cognitive behavior treatment at the first 6 weeks. Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) and Medical outcomes Study Short Form-36 (SF-36) were assessed at baseline, the end of the 4th week, and the end of the 6th week. Results There was no difference between two groups at baseline (P>0.05). Analysis of variance of repeated measures showed that scores of HAMD and all dimensions of SF-36 by time were statistically significant ( P<0.05). Scores of HAMD and SF-36 (except dimension of MH) by groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Early cognitive behavior treatment could remarkably improve depressive emotion and quality of life in patients with major depressive episode.
