冠状动脉介入术患者应用改良手术观察表的效果观察

         

摘要

目的 探讨改良手术观察表在冠状动脉介入术患者中的应用效果.方法 选取接受冠状动脉介入治疗208例患者按照手术先后顺序分为观察组(n=101)和对照组(n=107),对照组采用常规术后观察表,观察组采用改良手术观察表.观察比较2组患者术前抗凝药漏服率、术前制定水化治疗计划、术后首次注射低分子肝素的时间准确性及并发症发生率.结果 观察组术前抗凝药漏服率及术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术前制定水化治疗计划率及术后首次注射低分子肝素时间的准确性高于对照组(P<0.01).结论 采用改良手术观察表,可更加全面记录患者围术期的信息,提高医护人员交接的准确度,降低术前抗凝药漏服率,提高术前制定水化治疗计划率及术后首次注射低分子肝素时间准确性,减少术后并发症发生,促进患者康复.%Objective To evaluate the effect of modified operation observation schedule in patients with coronary intervention. Methods Totally 208 patients with coronary intervention were included and randomly divided into observation group ( n=101) and control group (n=107). Conventional operation observation schedule was used in control group and modified operation observation schedule in observation group. Missing rate of preoperative anticoagulants, saline hydration rate, timing accuracy rate of the first injection of low molecular weight heparin after operation and incidence of complication were observed in two groups. Results The missing rate of preoperative anticoagulants and the incidence of complication in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05) and the saline hydration rate of observation group and the timing accuracy rate of the first injection of low molecular weight heparin after operation were higher than those of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Modified operation observation schedule is helpful to record perioperative information comprehensively, improve the accuracy of medical handover, lower the missing rate of preoperative anticoagulants and incidence of complication but increase timing accuracy rate of the first injection of low molecular weight heparin after operation, thus it promotes patients ' recovery.
