利用信息素诱剂和诱木监测松墨天牛成虫的发生期

         

摘要

To explore a new technique for forecasting Monochamus alternatus population,a field test of using pheromone lure and baited wood in monitoring the occurrence of the Japanese pine sawyer was conducted in 3 a in Anfu County,Jiangxi Province.M.alternatus adults of the overwinter generation emerged in late April or early May from the pupal chambers of baited woods,the emerging numbers peaked in middle May.The annual periods of adult emergence and its peak were 61.0 and 21.6 d in average,respectively.About 10% new adults of the first generation emerged in late July or early August and ended in early September each year.The first catch of the adults by the pheromone lure appeared in late April,The last one ended in early September each year.The annual periods of adult occurrence and its peak were 182.0 and 97.3 d in average,respectively.The results confirmed that the pheromone lure can accurately monitor and predict the occurring periods of the Japanese pine sawyer by trapping the adults.This method is better than baited wood and has been shown as a new and effective mean for predicting the occurrence of M.alternatus.%为探索松墨天牛(Monochamus alternatus Hope)测报技术,在江西安福地区应用信息素诱剂和诱木连续3a分别监测松墨天牛成虫消长和羽化规律.结果表明:诱木内松墨天牛越冬代成虫4月底或5月初羽化出孔,5月中旬进入盛期,平均每年的羽化出孔期和高峰期分别为61.0、21.6 d.该地区每年约有10%的幼虫化蛹羽化成第1代成虫并于7下旬或8月上旬出孔;平均每年的羽化出孔期为36.7 d.林间诱捕于4月下旬始见成虫,5月下旬进入盛期,整个发生期平均182.0 d,发生盛期平均97.3 d.研究表明,利用信息素诱剂可以准确地监测林间松墨天牛成虫的种群动态,为防治工作提供可靠的测报数据,且较诱木监测方法简便,省工省时,是值得推广的新技术.
