混合盐碱胁迫对皂荚种子萌发的影响

         

摘要

为研究皂荚种子萌发期对盐碱胁迫的耐受能力和适应能力,获得皂荚在盐碱地区栽培的理论和实践依据.将NaCl、Na2SO4、NaHCO3和Na2CO3,按7种不同比例和5种不同浓度模拟出35种混合盐碱条件,对皂荚种子萌发期进行胁迫处理,研究了混合盐碱胁迫对其发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、胚根长、含水量的影响.结果表明,随着盐浓度和pH值的增加,皂荚种子的萌发率、发芽指数、活力指数、胚根长、含水量均呈下降趋势;随着盐浓度的增加和pH值的增高各指标下降趋势明显;低浓度和低pH值的盐碱胁迫对皂荚种子萌发的影响不大;在不同钠盐胁迫下,随着碱性盐比例的增大各指标下降更加明显;高盐高碱对皂荚种子的萌发影响最大;盐胁迫和碱胁迫相互协同,共同影响皂荚种子的萌发.综上,盐碱胁迫对皂荚种子萌发有抑制作用,皂荚种子在中轻度盐碱地区可以萌发,在该类地区可以适当种植皂荚种子.%We studied the tolerance and adaptability of saline-alkali stress for budded Gleditsia sinensis Lam seeds and got the theoretical and practical guide.According to the seven proportions and five contents of the NaCl, Na2SO4, NaHCO3 and Na2CO3 in simulating 35 mixed saline-alkali conditions which stress the budded G.sinensis seeds, we analyzed the effect of mixed saline-alkali stress for the germinated rate, germination potential, germination index, vigor index, radicle length, water content.All the germination indexes were significantly decreased with the increase of salt concentration and pH.Low content and low pH of saline-alkali stress has little effect on the seed germination.Under different sodium salt stress, the index decline was more obvious with the increase of the proportion of alkaline salts.High contents of salt and alkali has the biggest effect on seeds germination.Salt stress and alkali stress affected mutually on the budded G.sinensis seeds.Therefore, the saline-alkali stress had inhibition on budded G.sinensis seeds which can be germinated and planted in the mild saline-alkali area.
