利用第21颗返回式卫星搭载须苞石竹干种子返地后,将其播种、栽培后测定生理指标,其中包括光合色素(叶绿素a、b)质量分数、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度及脯氨酸质量分数.研究了太空环境对须苞石竹SP1代植株的诱变效应.结果表明,其植株叶片中光合色素(叶绿素a、b)质量分数明显低于地面未经搭载的须苞石竹;而SOD、POD、CAT活性和MDA质量摩尔浓度均明显高于地面未经搭载的须苞石竹;脯氨酸质量分数和叶绿素a/b变化不显著.%Dry seeds of Dianthus barbatus L. were carried by China' s 21 st recoverable satellite to study the effects of mutagenesis caused by space flight. Then the seeds were sowed and cultivated in the field. Contents of chlorophyll-a, chlorophyll-b,MDA and proline as well as activities of SOD, POD, CAT in D. barbatus seedlings were determined to discuss the cytological effect of space flight. Results indicated that, compared with the non-radiated seedlings, the contents of chlorophyll-a and chlorophyll-b of the radiated seedlings were lower, and the activities of SOD, POD, CAT and the MDA content were obviously higher. Proline content and chlorophyll a/b ratio did not change significantly.
