从3a四倍体刺槐嫁接采穗圃中剪取1a硬枝和当年生半木质化嫩枝为材料,研究了外源激素种类、质量浓度和处理时间对插穗生根的影响,以及基质积温对硬枝插穗和扦插时间对嫩枝插穗生根的影响;并研究了采穗圃母株年龄为1、3和5a时分别对四倍体刺槐硬枝和嫩枝插穗生根的影响.结果表明:硬枝扦插以IBA1 000mg·L-1处理6h为宜,最高生根率和平均生根量分别达55.56%和11.74条;硬枝插穗不定根发生的最低基质积温为121.32℃;当基质积温升高98.26℃时,生根率可提高13.17%,平均生根量可增加1.48条.嫩枝插穗生根率高于硬枝插穗,且嫩枝插穗以IBA1 400 mg·L-1处理4h为宜,最高生根率和平均生根量分别达77.63%和8.70条.随着母树树龄的增加,四倍体刺槐硬枝和嫩枝扦插生根能力下降.嫩枝扦插随着扦插时间的推迟,生根能力也下降.%Annual branch (hardwood and softwood cuttings) in 1-, 3-, 5-year-old parental plants of tetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia were used as experimental materials. Effects of the exogenous hormones (type, concentration and soaking time) on rooting, the effective accumulated temperature on rooting of hardwood cuttings, and the planting time on rooting of softwood cuttings were systematically studied with the 3-year-old parental plants. Then, the effect of parental plant (1-, 3-, 5-year-old cutting orchard) on rooting was studied. Result showed that hardwood cuttings pre-treated with 1 000 mg·L-1 IBA solution for 6 hours produced the best rooting rate ( 55. 56% ) and number of roots ( 11. 74) . The lowest effective accumulated temperature was 121.32 degrees C for root initiation of hardwood cuttings. Rooting rate and number of roots improved by up to 13. 17% and 1. 48 when the effective accumulated temperature was 98. 26 degrees C. The rooting rate of softwood cuttings on tetraploid R. Pseudoacacia was higher than that of hardwood cuttings. The highest rooting percentage and number of roots were 77. 63% and 8.70 for softwood cuttings treated with 1 400 mg·L-1 IBA solution for 4 hours. Rooting ability of hardwood and softwood cuttings decreased with the age of parental plant, and that of softwood cuttings also decreased with the delayed planting time.
