木材干燥窑内风速与流场均匀性的数值模拟

摘要

以试验用木材干燥窑为实物模型建立数学模型,利用CFD软件对内部流场进行模拟,通过多组数据对比,得到设备参数一定的情况下流场最均匀时的风速,为木材干燥设备及过程参数设定提供可靠的参考值.%CFD (computational fluid dynamics) software was applied to simulate the internal air-flow field in an experimental wood drying kiln. The wind speed was obtained when the main parameters of wood drying kiln were definite by comparing many sets of data, which could provide a valuable reference for the accurate setting of parameters of wood drying kilns.
