河道岸绿工程综合效益评价体系及基于ANP的权重

摘要

从生态、社会和经济3个方面,构建了由31个指标组成的河道岸绿工程综合效益评价指标体系,并说明了指标的评分方法和标准,用网络层次分析法(ANP)求解权重.从权重看,河道岸绿工程的社会效益比较突出,生态效益次之,经济效益不显著.%A study was performed to establish an evaluation index system for comprehensive benefits of shore landscaping project in terms of ecological, social and economic benefits. The evaluation system includes 31 indexes. The scoring methods and standards for the 31 indexes are given. Moreover, the weigh of each index is calculated by analytic network process. Results show that the social benefit of shore landscaping project is more prominent, followed by ecological and economic benefits.
