以4年生膜英黄芪(Astragalus membranaceus)叶、果皮、茎作为供体材料制备不同质量浓度水提液,对吉林地区常见的大田作物、蔬菜及部分中药材种子进行萌发生测,考察其发芽率、胚根长、发芽指数、活力指数及化感效应指数.结果显示:膜英黄芪各部位水提液对多数供试植物及自身的种子萌发产生了抑制作用,果皮水提液活性较高.活性物质可能有较强的热稳定性.微生物、渗透势、酸度和盐度在萌发抑制作用中影响较小.可见,膜英黄芪植株中舍有具备生态活性的化学物质,在规模化栽培中应考虑其化感作用的影响.%An experiment was conducted to study the effects of different concentrations of aqueous extracts from leaves, pericarps and stalks of four-year-old Astragalus membranaceus on the seed germination of common field crops, vegetables, and some Chinese medicinal herbs in Jilin Province. The germination rate, radical length, germination index, vital index and allelo-pathic index of the seeds treated with the aqueous extracts from A. membranaceus were determined. Results showed that the seed germination of most tested plants was inhibited by the aqueous extracts from the three parts of A. membranaceus, and the inhibition effect of pericarps was highest. The influences of microorganism, osmotic potential, pH and salinity could be ignored in the tests. These results indicate that there are allelochemicals in A. membranaceus plants, and the disadvantageous influence of allelopathy should be taken into account during large-scale planting of A. membranaceus.
