An experiment was conducted to isolate endophytic fungi from healthy root of Astragalus membranaceus var. mongholi-cus under different conditions by means of surface disinfection and selection of culture medium. The morphological identification of the fungi was made. Result showed that the surface disinfection method was effective. Different numbers of endophytic fungal strains were obtained on four kinds of culture media. The morphological characteristics of the endophytic fungi observed through the microscope were analyzed. A total of 28 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from the healthy root of A. membranaceus var. mongholicus, which belong to seven genera.%以蒙古黄芪健康植株上的块根为材料,经过表面消毒、培养基选择,在不同培养条件下分离获得内生真菌,并对其进行形态学鉴定.结果显示:表面消毒方法有效,4种培养基上分别获得不同数目的内生真菌株,显微镜下获得了内生真菌形态特征.分离获得黄芪内生真菌28株,分列在7个菌属中.
