基于层次分析法的非公有制林业运行趋势模型

摘要

An index system for the operating trend of non-public owned forestry was established by expert consultation and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. And a model for predicting the operating trend of non-public owned forestry wai also built. The analysis shows that the operating main body would develop intensively into modem enterprise, and the operatic* target would develop towards the pursuit of ecological benefits and the operation environment towards the intensified govern' merit support.%运用层次分析法,在专家咨询和借鉴有关评价体系的基础上,确定了国有林区非公有制林业运行趋势的指标体系,构建了预测非公有制林业运行趋势的模型.分析结果显示:非公有制林业运行的趋势——运行主体向现代企业形式的集约化发展,运行目标向追求生态效益等多效益发展,运行环境向政府加大扶持力度上发展.
