An investigation was conducted to study on plant protection character for antioxidant enzyme system under extreme water conditions. The ground cover plants of Duchesnea indica and Potentilla reptans were used to study the effects of extreme water stress ( natural drying and over watering) on leave' s protective enzyme system of antioxidation. Results showed that SOD activity has great influence on drought resistance and water logging tolerance for D. indica, and the changes of two indexes are similar. CAT activity also has great influence on drought resistance and water logging tolerance for P. reptans, and the influence on water logging tolerance is stronger than that on drought resistance. POD activity is not the main factor for two species with less influence.%为了研究在极端水分条件下抗氧化保护酶系统对植物的保护作用,选择自然干旱和覆水两种水分胁迫条件,对蛇莓(Duchesnea indica)和娟毛匍匐委陵菜(Potentilla reptans L.)地被植物叶片抗氧化保护酶系统的影响变化进行了研究.试验表明:超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性对蛇莓的耐干旱和耐水淹能力影响较大,且对耐水淹能力和耐干旱的影响相似;过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性对娟毛匍匐委陵菜的耐干旱和耐水淹能力影响较大,且耐水淹能力优于耐干旱;过氧化物酶(POD)活性对两种地被植物的影响较小,不是主要的影响因子.
