CurveExpert在草河口人工红松单木生长模型中的应用

         

摘要

Growth modelings of 71 -old-year Korean pine ( Pinus koraiensis) including diameter, height, volume and the relation between diameter and height were studied by CurveExpert soft, which has a large number of regression models ( both linear and nonlinear model) to represent the data with the precise and convenient way. The optimization model derived from related coefficient and standard deviation showed the correlation coefficient of diameter growth model is over 0.992 0, and the optimal model is the MMF model with the correlation coefficient of 0. 999 0. The correlation coefficient of tree height growth model is over 0. 999 0, and the optimal model is the MMF model with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 4. The correlation coefficient of individual-tree-growth model is over 0.997 0, and the optimal model are the sine fitting model ( r = 0.999 9) and MMF model (r=0.999 8). The correlation coefficient of the diameter and height fitting model is over 0.997 0, and the optimal model is the Gompertz model. Therefore, the MMF model can be used to simulate the process of red pine individual-tree-growth modeling with great significance for predicting korean pine growth dynamics.%介绍了曲线拟合软件CurveExpert内置多种回归模型(包括线性和非线性模型),其可以自定义曲线函数,具有准确、便捷地对数据进行拟合的特点.采用CurveExpert软件对草河口71年生人工红松直径生长、树高生长、材积生长、直径和树高之间的关系进行拟合分析,根据相关系数和标准差选择最优化模型,结果显示:直径生长模型拟合方程相关系数均超过0.9920,最优模型为MMF模型,相关系数为0.9990;树高生长模型相关系数均超过0.9990,最优模型为MMF模型,相关系数为0.9994;材积生长模型相关系数均超过0.9970,最优模型为正弦拟合模型(r=0.9999)和MMF模型(r=0.9998);直径和树高关系拟合相关系数均超过0.9970,最优拟合模型为Gompertz模型.从研究结果来看,MMF模型能够很好地对红松单木生长过程进行模拟,对于预测红松生长动态具有重要的意义.
