笃斯越橘生境分类及生态因子分析

         

摘要

A survey was conducted to investigate the main factors influencing fruit yield of Vaccinium uliginosum.According to the species distribution in Daxinanling Mountain,the areas with distinctly different topography and altitude were selected as sample plots randomly for field survey.Taking the differences among ecological factors as classification indicators,the data from 38 plots were analyzed by means of hierarchical cluster.There are three kinds of habitats:marshy grassland,sparse woods land and hillside land near to woods.Data were analyzed by means of principal component analysis (PCA).The results showed that:The first principal component is related with available N,available K,available P,moisture and organic content in soils; The second principal component is related with middle sunlight,upper sunlight and lower sunlight; The third principal component is related with soil moisture and pH.The total contribution rate of three principal components is 79.98%.Correlation analysis between fruit yield and ecological factors show that:Ecological factors from the first principal component have most significant impact on fruit field (p<0.01) ; Descending impact order of each factor is humidity,available nitrogen,available phosphorus,organic matter content and available potassium ; For the second principal component,impact of upper sunlight on fruit yield is greater than that of middle sunlight (p<0.05) ; For the third principal component,the main factor influencing fruit yield is soil acidity (p<0.05).%为了阐明影响笃斯越橘(Vaccinium uliginosum L.)果实产量的主要限制因子,根据大兴安岭地区笃斯越橘分布特点,选择地形、海拔有显著差异的分布区随机布设样地,进行野外调查、取样.共采集38个样方数据,以样方的环境因子差异性作为分类指标进行系统聚类分析,将调查的样方划分为3类生境:湿生塔头甸子生境,林下疏林地生境,林缘坡地生境.对生境因子进行主成分提取分析的结果表明:第1主成分与土壤速效N、速效K、湿度、速效P、有机质相关;第2主成分与中层光、下层光、上层光相关;第3主成分与土壤温度和pH值相关,这3个主成分累计贡献率达到79.98%.将产量与生境因子进行相关分析结果表明:第1主成分的生境因子对产量的影响最大(p<0.01),各因子对产量影响大小顺序依次为:湿度、速效氮、速效磷、有机质、速效钾;第2主成分中,上层光照对产量的影响大于中层光照(p<0.05);第3主成分影响产量的主要因子是土壤酸度(p<0.05).
