For further reducing the energy consumption of wood drying process , the rational use of solar energy , we described and tested the principles , structure, the main parameters and system performance of a new solar energy and heat pump combined drying system by Beijing Forestry University .The average of air source heat pump heating coefficient P was 2.48, and the water source heat pump heating coefficient P was 3.77.By using the system for energy-saving drying test on larch , compared with the conventional steam drying , the average energy consumption of heat pump drying and combined drying saved by 67.8%and 70.32%, respectively.%为进一步降低木材干燥过程的能耗,合理利用太阳能,对北京林业大学研制的太阳能与双热源热泵联合干燥系统的主要参数、原理、结构,进行了说明和系统性能测试。设备在空气源热泵模式下平均供热系数P为2.48,水源热泵模式供热系数P为3.77。使用该系统对落叶松进行初步干燥实验,与常规蒸气干燥做对比,结果显示,热泵干燥和联合干燥与常规蒸气干燥相比分别节能67.8%和70.32%,两者均有明显节能效果。
