3种碱性盐胁迫对紫穗槐形态和生理的影响

         

摘要

依据东北地区边坡土壤不同坡段土壤的pH值的变化情况,采取不同浓度的Na2 CO3、NaHCO3及二者混合盐对2年生紫穗槐幼苗进行人工模拟胁迫;采用叶片表象及生理指标,比较不同浓度、不同盐分的胁迫处理对紫穗槐的影响程度。结果表明:在150 mmol・ L-1浓度下,Na2 CO3、NaHCO3处理45 d后的紫穗槐叶片受害表象最明显,叶片出现大量黄化、甚至脱落;电导率、丙二醛质量摩尔浓度、脯氨酸质量分数、可溶性糖质量分数,与胁迫程度、胁迫时间呈正相关,叶片相对含水量与胁迫程度呈负相关;高浓度(150 mmol・ L-1) Na2 CO3胁迫下,紫穗槐生理指标变化最为显著。%According to the changes of pH values in soil slope soil in northeast area , with different contents of Na 2 CO3 , NaH-CO3 , and two mixed combination , we studied the artificial simulated stress on the seedlings of two-year Amorpha, through leaf appearance and physiological index , comparison of different influence on Amorpha under different contents of salt stress.The most obvious victims representation for Amorpha leaves is in 150 mmol・ L-1 of Na2CO3 and NaHCO3 after 45 days with a lot of yellow and falling off leaves .Conductivity, MDA, proline, soluble sugar content in Amorpha leaves and the degree of stress , time were positively correlated .Leaf relative water content was negatively correlated with the degree of stress.The of Amorpha was with the most obvious change under 150 mmol・ L-1 of Na2 CO3 .
