人参黑斑病拮抗菌的筛选

摘要

通过与人参黑斑病（Alternaria panax Whetz）病原真菌对峙培养的方法，从由人参叶片分离得到的18种内生真菌中，筛选出Ab2．2①、AY10－1①、AXY②3种人参黑斑病拮抗菌，其抑菌率分别为70．9％、75．6％、77．5％，2种毛壳属（Chaetomium Kunze）真菌As①、As②的抑菌率分别为56．4％、62．4％。%Biocontrol fungi against ginseng black spot pathogen were selected from 18 stains of endophytic fungi isolated from gin-seng leaves by using plate-confrontation method .Ab2.2①, AY10-1①and AXY② bacteriostasis rates were 70.9%, 75.6%, and 77.5%respectively, and the rates of the Chaetomium fungi As①, and As②were 56.4%, and 62.4%, respectively.
