摘要

With the development of network technology, the model of developing the large-scale database program is more changed. It is popular to use Internet, more large-scale database program uses the model of multi-layer client/server. The authors analysis the theory and application of development of multi-layer client/server.%随着网络技术的发展，开发大型数据库应用程序的模型也发生了很大的变化，尤其是Intemet应用的日趋普及，许多大型数据库应用程序采用多层客户／服务器模式。从数据库应用的角度，着重分析多层客户／服务器的原理及在数据库应用开发中的实现。
