HCl氧化固定床反应器二维模型验证与管径影响模拟分析

         

摘要

A two⁃dimensional pseudo⁃homogeneous model was developed to simulate a fixed bed reactor for HCl oxidation.The model proved to be reliable by comparing calculated results with experimental ones. Effects of tube diameter on performance of fixed reactor under rich and lean oxygen atmosphere were investigated with the sensitivity analysis. Results showed that with widening tube diameter, an evident radial temperature difference of catalytic bed was observed owing to the decrease of radial heat transport capacity,but no evident concentration difference was found. The upper limit tube diameters were 45 mm ( F( HCl)/F ( O2 )= 6 ) and 32 mm ( F ( HCl )/F ( O2 )= 1 ) respectively. The upper limit of inlet temperature and heat transferring medium temperature were 380 ℃ for both F( HCl)/F ( O2 )= 6 and F(HCl)/F(O2)=1.Under optimal m/F(HCl) of 4 228 g·min/mol (F(HCl)/F(O2)=6) and 1 923 g·min/mol ( F( HCl)/F( O2 )=1) ,Cl2 productivity were 0�34 g/h and 10�8 g/h respectively.%本文建立了HCl催化氧化拟均相二维固定床反应器模型,通过单管实验验证模型的可靠性。分别考察在富氧及贫氧条件下管径对固定床反应器性能的影响,并在最大允许管径条件下,对操作参数进行灵敏度分析。结果表明:当反应管径增大时,由于径向传热能力的减弱,引起了显著的径向温度梯度,但在计算范围内,未出现明显的浓度梯度。当HCl与O2的流量之比( F( HCl)/F( O2))=6和1时,反应器最大允许管径分别为45和32 mm,反应管入口温度和换热介质温度均不宜超过380℃,最佳m/F( HCl)分别为4228和1923 g·min/mol,在此条件下,每克催化剂上Cl2产率分别达到0�34和10�8 g/h。
