信息不对称下动态联盟绩效关键影响因素的实证研究

摘要

To choose partners effectively has played a significant role in the successful construction and smooth operation of inter-firm dynamic alliance under the condition of information asymmetry. Thus, partners characteristics constitute key factors that influence the performance of inter-firm dynamic alli-ance. Given the current economic and cultural background of China,commitment,trust,control and ca-pability are the main consideration of the leader of the alliance when there is an information asymmetry. Since the inter-firm dynamic alliance is usually built on a short-term basis,compatibility does not make a key factor behind the alliance performance. This paper analyzes the relations between the partnerscharacteristics and the performance of inter-firm dynamic alliance. We conclude that commitment,trust, control and capability have the significant positive effect on the performance of alliances,but the effect of compatibility is insignificant,thus commitment,trust,control and capability forming the key factors influencing the alliance performance under the condition of asymmetric information.%　　在信息不对称条件下动态联盟合作伙伴的有效选择对于联盟的成功组建、良好运行具有重要作用。因此，合作伙伴的特质成为动态联盟绩效的影响因素。结合中国的经济、文化等现实背景，信息不对称下承诺、信任、控制、能力是盟主企业的考虑重点，而相容性因动态联盟存在的周期较短，并不必然构成影响联盟绩效的关键因素。通过设计调查问卷获取数据，对动态联盟伙伴特质与联盟绩效的关系进行了实证分析，结果表明：承诺、信任、控制、能力对联盟绩效具有显著的正向影响，因而承诺、信任、控制、能力构成信息不对称下动态联盟绩效的关键影响因素。
