准确把握社会主义核心价值体系，理解社会主义核心价值体系的价值，是培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的重要内容，是实施社会主义核心价值体系建设战略的基本前提。社会主义核心价值体系针对中国现实存在的问题，将社会主义的理想追求具体化为建设中国特色社会主义的现实过程，实现了“是”与“应该”、事实与价值的统一，不仅对社会主义认识实现新的飞跃，而且对社会主义的制度和中国特色社会主义实践具有重大价值。%A good grasp of the socialist core value system proper and a correct understanding of its val-ues,two major tasks in developing and practicing socialist core values,are the basis for implementing the key strategy of constructing the socialist core value system. Addressing the pressing problems Chi-na is now facing,the socialist core value system has turned the socialist ideals into a concrete drive to build socialism with Chinese characteristics. It has accomplished unifications between“is”and“should”as well as between reality and value pursuit. The socialist core value system does not only embody a breakthrough in our understanding of socialism,but sheds significant light on the great prac-tice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics as well.
