转型期俄罗斯政治文化的变迁

摘要

作为一种强大的无形力量，政治文化潜移默化、经久不衰地对政治发展发挥着极其重要的影响。对于政治发展而言，俄罗斯要想建构真正的民主政治，就必须建构与转型过程相应的民主政治文化。事实上，自俄罗斯独立后开启了全面的制度转型以来，其政治文化也发生了重大变迁：在叶利钦时期，自由主义的滥觞导致了政治文化的分裂；而在普京执政后，俄罗斯主要运用权威主义整合政治文化，同时也并不否认民主主义的价值诉求。%As a kind of strong and invisible force,political culture has an underlying and unfailing effect on the political development. Therefore,it is essential for Russia to construct a kind of demo-cratic political culture compatible with its transition period. In fact,since Russia opened the compre-hensive transition of system after independence,its political culture has undergone fundamental chan-ges. In Yeltsin's era,liberalism was overemphasized and thus led to the division of political culture. In Putin's era,authoritarianism is adopted to promote the integration of political culture,while democ-racy is also considered the essential part of value pursuit.
