长链非编码RNA在甲状腺乳头状癌中的研究进展

摘要

Long noncoding RNA (lncRNA)is a group of functional RNA molecules,which is more than 200 nucleo-tides in length,lacks ability of encoding protein and participates in all aspects of gene regulation. Recently,many stud-ies have found that abnormal expression of long noncoding RNA is associated with the occurrence of many cancers. Al-so,the studies have found that the abnormal expression of lncRNA is associated with the thyroid cancer. This paper re-viewed the research status of lncRNA and the study process of lncRNA in papillary thyroid cancer.%长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA,lncRNA)是一类长度大于200个核苷酸且不能编码蛋 白质的RNA,但其在各个层面参与基因调控.近年来很多研究发现,lncRNA与人类多种恶性肿瘤的发生具有相关性,而且已有许多研究发现lncRNA在甲状腺癌的发生发展中起重要作用.现对lncRNA的研究现状及其在甲状腺乳头状癌(papillary thyroid cancer,PTC)中的研究进展作一综述.
