目的:研究子宫内膜细胞学检查(endometrial cytology test,ECT)在子宫内膜癌(endometrial carcino-ma,EC)筛查中的临床应用价值.方法:选取2016年10月至2017年09月就诊于我院肿瘤妇科的150例患者,随机分成两组,其中一组行细胞学检查的同时行诊断性刮宫术,另一组只行诊断性刮宫术.结果:以诊断性刮宫的病理结果作为"金标准",子宫内膜细胞学检查的灵敏度为91. 49%,特异度为96. 43%,阳性预测值为97. 73%,阴性预测值为87. 10%,诊断符合率为93. 33%,与诊断性刮宫相比差异无统计学意义(χ2＝0. 8, P＞0. 05).结论:子宫内膜细胞学检查结果与诊断性刮宫基本一致,且取材满意度高、痛苦小、出血少,可以作为筛查子宫内膜癌的一线方法.%Objective:To study the value of endometrial cytology test in endometrial cancer screening. Methods:Totally 150 patients who were treated in the department of tumor gynecology were selected from October 2016 to Sep-tember 2017. They were divided into two groups randomly,one group of them were tested by the cytological diagnosis, which was obtained endometrial cell specimen by applying the uterine brush. At the same time,the histopathologic di-agnosis of dilation & curettage was made. While another group was tested only by dilation & curettage. Results:The pathological results of the diagnosis were used as the＂gold standard＂. The sensitivity of endometrial cytological exam-ination was 91. 49%,the specificity was 96. 43%,and the coincidence was 93. 33%. There was no statistically signif-icant difference between the endometrial cytology test and the dilation & curettage (P＞0. 05). Conclusion:The results of endometrial cytological test showed that there is no statistically difference between the endometrial cytology test and the dilation & curettage,and the endometrial cytology test have a high specimen satisfaction,little pain and little bleeding,which could be a first-line method for screening of endometrial carcinoma.
