肝癌发生中RTN4C基因突变研究

摘要

To investigate the mechanisms of mutation of RTN4C gene in the formation of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). RTN4C mutation accompanied by loss of heterozygosity(LOH)were studied using direct sequence analysis, PCR-SSCR. RTN4C mutations were detected in 62.9%, LOH detected in 68.4% among the HCC patients. Mutations of RTN4C were accompanied by LOH in 90%. LOH might play an important role in hepatocarcinogenesis of RTN4C mutation.%为研究肝癌发生过程中RTN4C基因突变,利用直接序列分析、PCR-SSCP等研究了肝癌(HCC)中RTN4C突变与杂合性缺失(LOH).HCC中,RTN4CP突变为62.9%,LOH为68.4%.90%LOH的肝癌中RTN4C发生突变.RTN4C突变相关的肝癌发生中LOH起重要作用.
