目的:探讨非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)患者的血清CA 125水平与其他临床特点的关系.方法:分析40例NHL的患者在诊断治疗过程中血清CA 125的变化.结果:在40例NHL患者中,血清CA 125升高占总人数的48%.在低度恶性NHL中,7例(30%)血清CA125水平升高,在进展期NHL患者中,12例(71%)血清CA 125水平升高.CA 125水平升高和疾病进展,病理类型,骨髓浸润,结外浸润,体能下降,B症状的出现,血清乳酸脱氢酶的升高有一定相关性.所有患者中,完全缓解率(CR)达63%,低度恶性NHL患者中,CA 125正常者,81%达到CR,CA 125升高者,29%达到CR(P＜0.05).进展期NHL患者中,CA 125正常者,60%达到CR,CA 125升高者,58%达到CR(P＞0.05).结论:血清CA 125是NHL患者的一项重要预后指标,CA 125水平升高和疾病进展,临床分期,病理类型,化疗反应率降低等密切相关.对于低度恶性NHL,CA 125正常的患者比CA 125升高的患者的缓解率高.%Objective:To explore the correlation between serum CA 125 level and other clinical features of patients with non- Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). Methods: Forty patients (23 with low-grade NHL and 17 with aggressive histologically proven NHL) were studied. Serum CA 125 (sCA125) assessment was done at diagnosis and during treatment. The associations between CA 125 levels and other clinical features were analyzed. Results: Serum CA125 levels were elevated in 7 patients (30%) with low -grade NHL and in 12 patients (71%) with aggressive NHL (i. e. 48% of all patients). A higher sCA 125 level was associated with advanced disease, pathological features, bone marrow involvement, extranodal involvement, poor performance status, the presence of B syndromes, and high serum lactate dehydrogenase level. Complete response (CR) occurred in 63% of all patients, and CR occurred in 81% and 29% of patients with normal and elevated CA 125 level respectively in the group of low- grade NHL (P ＜ 0.05), CR occurred in 60% and 58% of patients with normal and elevated CA 125 level respectively in the group of aggressive NHL (P ＞ 0.05). Conclusion: Serum CA 125 is an important prognostic factor in NHL and correlates with advanced disease, pathological features, low response rates. Serum CA 125 measurement may be used for clinical stage, monitoring response of treatment of patients with NHL.
