原发性肺浆细胞瘤(附1例报告)

摘要

Objective : To investigate the clinical and pathological characteristics of primary pulmonary plasmacytoma ( PPP ),its diagnosis , treatment and prognosis. Methods : To analyze the clinical information of a patient with left low lung solitary nodule , and review the literature. Results : The clinical manifestation of PPP were cough, stethocatharsis , and chest distress. Its symptom and severity were closely related to its location; the major pathological characteristic of PPP was the aggregation of diffuse infiltrative plasma cells ( either mature or immature ) ,immunohistochemistry studies showed that plasmacytic hyperplasia was monoclonal. Conclusion : PPP is very rare tumor in pulmonary.Pathological techniques and immunohistochemistry may help confirm the diagnosis.%目的:了解原发性肺浆细胞瘤的临床表现、病理特点、诊治方法及相关预后因素.方法:通过对1例左下肺外周孤立型病灶患者的完整诊治资料进行分析,结合有关文献,对本病的临床表现、病理表现、诊治方法及相关预后进行论述.结果:本病的主要临床表现为咳嗽、咯痰、胸闷,其症状和严重程度与病变所在部位密切相关;病理主要表现为弥漫性浸润的浆细胞聚集,免疫组化提示浆细胞的增生为单克隆性.结论:原发性肺浆细胞瘤是一种极为罕见的肺部肿瘤,病理学检查和免疫组化可确诊.
