Objective :To explore the mechanism of tumor immune escape. Methods: The papers published from 2005 to 2010 were retrieved from PubMed of NCBI on the keywords tumor, immune escapes, thymus atrophy, lymphocyte etc and 40 papers were analyzed. Results: Tumor can adopt different mechanisms of immune escapes, including impairment of T lymphocyte function, induction of immune suppressive cells such as myeloid - derived suppressor cells and regulatory T cells. Meanwhile tumor can increase the level of immunosuppressive factors such as IL -10, IL - 4,TGF - β, VEGF,IDO, COX - 2 and cause atrophy of thymus. Conclusion :The mechanism of tumor immune escape is very complicated . A better understanding of the underlying mechanism will lead to more effective immunotherapy study.%目的:探讨肿瘤免疫逃逸的机制,指导肿瘤治疗理论研究.方法:应用NCBI 的PubMed 文献数据库,以"肿瘤免疫逃逸、T淋巴细胞、髓源性抑制性细胞,免疫抑制因子,胸腺萎缩"等为关键词,检索2005 至2010相关文献.最后纳入分析40余篇文献.结果:肿瘤细胞可通过多种途径逃避机体免疫系统的监视,包括肿瘤对T淋巴细胞的功能抑制,诱导分化出免疫抑制细胞如髓源性抑制细胞,调节性T细胞等.同时肿瘤可导致免疫抑制因子如IL - 10,IL - 4、TGF-β、VEGF、IDO、COX- 2的上调.促进免疫器官胸腺的萎缩.结论:肿瘤免疫逃避机制十分复杂,深刻认识肿瘤免疫逃逸机制,有助于肿瘤防治研究的深入.
