替吉奥胶囊治疗老年晚期胃癌的临床观察

摘要

目的:观察替吉奥胶囊(S1)治疗晚期胃癌的疗效及安全性.方法:对45例具有可测量指标的老年晚期胃癌患者采用替吉奥胶囊单药每天40mg/m2,连续服用4周,休息2周为1个周期,每例患者至少进行2个周期的治疗,结束后进行评价.结果:全组45例客观疗效为,CR 0例,PR 12例、SD 14例、PD 19例.有效率(CR+PR) 26.7%,肿瘤控制率为(CR+PR+SD)57.8%.主要不良反应为骨髓抑制,胃肠道反应,色素沉着等.结论:替吉奥方案治疗老年晚期胃癌的近期疗效较好,不良反应可以耐受,值得进一步研究应用.%Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of S1 capsule in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods: A total of 45 patients with advanced gastric cancer were treated with chemotherapy of S1 capsule 40mg/m2 twice daily for 28 days. The chemotherapy was repeated every 42 days. All patients received 2 cycles at least. Efficacy and toxicities were evaluated according to the RECIST 1.1 standard. Results: Of the 45 patients, there were 0 complete remission ( CR ) , 12( 26.7％ ) partial remission ( PR ), 14( 31.1％ ) stable disease ( SD ), and 19( 42.2％ ) progression disease ( PD ). The total response rate was 26.7％. The disease control rate ( DCR ) was 57.8％. The major toxicities included myelosuppression, nausea, vomiting and cutaneous pigmentation.Conclusion:S1 capsule is effective and tolerable in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer.
