1352例宫颈恶性肿瘤病例调查分析

摘要

目的:了解宫颈恶性肿瘤患者的发病及诊疗情况的变化.方法:对本科1994-2008年共计15年间宫颈恶性肿瘤患者资料及数据进行统计分析.结果:近年来宫颈恶性肿瘤发病趋于年轻化,早期发现的比例逐年升高,接受综合治疗的比例明显增高.结论:应完善和加强农村宫颈恶性肿瘤的筛查工作及加强卫生知识宣教,加强诊疗规范化的建设.%Objective: To analyze the changes of onset , diagnose and treatment of cervical carcinoma.Methods: The clinical characteristics of 1352 patients with cervical carcinoma from January 1994 to December 2008 were retrospectively reviewed.Results: In recent years, cervical carcinoma tends to younger.The ratio of early stage increased.the ratio of combination treatments had significantly increased.Conclusion: We should strengthen cervical carcinoma screening in rural and strengthen health knowledge and standardized treatment.
