蛋珍油加地塞米松保留灌肠治疗放射性肠炎50例

摘要

目的:观察蛋珍油加地塞米松保留灌肠治疗放射性肠炎的疗效.方法:选择2006年3月-2009年12月我科收住的放射性肠炎患者50例,治疗1个月后,观察患者临床表现及大便常规、结肠镜检查.结果:治愈21例(42%),好转27例(54%),无效2例(4%).结论:蛋珍油加地塞米松保留灌肠治疗放射性肠炎安全有效,不良反应少,放射治疗计划完成率高,并发症少.%Objective:to evaluate the effect of radiation enteritis treated by retention enema with combination of Danzhenyou and dexamethasone. Methods: Fifty patients with radiation enteritis were treated for one month to observe the treatment effect by clinical symptoms, stool routine and colonoscopy. Results: All cases completed treatment, CR was 42％ , PR 54％ , invalid was 4％. Conclusion: Retention enema with combination of Danzhenyou and dexamethasone is well tolerated in most patients with radiation enteritis, it is more effective treatment for retention enema.
