人非小细胞肺癌CD46分子的表达及临床意义研究

摘要

目的:研究人非小细胞肺癌组织中CD46的表达水平及意义.方法:免疫组织化学检测人非小细胞肺癌组织中CD46的表达水平,分析其与肿瘤发生发展的相关性.结果:检测66例非小细胞肺癌组织样本,24例鳞癌中14例CD46表达阳性(71.4%),42例腺癌中37例CD46表达阳性(88.1%);66例标本中40例 TNM早期患者有32例CD46表达阳性 (80.0%),26例TNM中晚期患者有19例CD46表达阳性(73.8%);此外,20例正常肺支气管上皮细胞CD46表达均为阳性,19例正常肺泡上皮细胞CD46表达均为阴性.结论:CD46表达与非小细胞肺癌的病理组织类型及肿瘤细胞的起源有关,与肺癌的TNM分期无关.%Objective :To explore the expression level and the meaning of CD46 in non - small cell lung cancer ( NSCLC ) cells. Methods : All patients with non - small cell lung cancer were examined with immunohistochemisty to measure the expression level of CD46 and analysis the correlation with tumorigenesis. Results: A total of 66 patients with non - small cell lung cancer included squamous carcinoma and adencarcinoma. In 24 squamous carcinoma, patients,14( 71.4％ ) showed positive CD46. In 42 adencarcinoma , patients, 37( 88. 1％ ) showed positive. 40 early stage in TNM, 32 ( 80. 0％ ) showed positive in CD46, 26 metaphase and telophase stage in TNM, 19 ( 73. 8％ ) showed positive. All of the 20 normal lung hronchiolar epithelium samples were positive in CD46 . but all of the 19 normal alveolar epithelial samples were negative. Conclusion : The expression of CD46 was related to histlogical type and origin of the tumor cells rather than TNM stage in NSCLC.
