Objective :To investigate the expression and clinical significance of NDRG1 gene in breast carcinoma tissues. Methods :The expression of NDRG1 proteins was detected in 82 breast carcinoma samples by immunohistochemical staining. Results : The positive rate of NDRG1 protein expression in the tumor tissue of patients aged≥60 was significantly higher in the tumor tissue of patients than that in patients aged younger (P = 0. 002 ). The negative rate of NDRG1 protein expression in the tumor tissue accompanied by more than 3 of metastasizing lymph nodes was significantly higher than that in tumor with≤ 3 of metastasizing lymph nodes( P = 0. 031 ). The positive rate of NDRG1 protein expression was higher in early stage breast cancer than that in late breast cancer( P = 0. 014 ). However , no significantly difference in NDRG1 expression was found between different styles , sizes of breast cancer( P ＞ 0. 05 ). Conclusion : There was significant relation between the expression of NDRG1 protein and the clinicopathologocal factors of breast carcinoma, and the expression of NDRG1 has Important guiding significance for clinical care in breast cancer.%目的:探讨NDRG1在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义.方法:对82例乳腺癌组织进行切片,采用SP免疫组化技术对NDRG1表达情况进行检测.结果:NDRG1蛋白在年龄≥60岁患者中的阳性率明显高于年龄<60岁者(P=0.002),淋巴结转移>3枚组阴性率显著高于淋巴结转移≤3枚(P=0.031),早期乳腺癌组阳性率显著高于晚期乳腺癌组(P=0.014),而不同肿物大小和病理类型之间无明显差异(P＞0.05).结论:NDRG1的表达与乳腺癌的某些临床病理因素有关,具有一定的临床意义.
