胃癌腹腔脱落癌细胞的研究现状与进展

摘要

Peritoneal metastasis is a common transfer form of gastric cancer surgical patients, it is an important factor leading to death. Exfoliated cancer cells are a prerequisite for the formation of peritoneal metastasis and independent prognostic factor of gastric cancer. Research of peritoneal cancer is important to guide clinical treatment and prognosis of gastric cancer. The progress about exfoliated cancer cells is reviewed in this article.%腹膜转移是胃癌病人术后常见的转移方式,是导致死亡的重要原因.腹腔内脱落的癌细胞(exfoliated cancer cells,ECC)是形成腹膜转移的先决条件和胃癌的独立预后不良因素.腹腔脱落癌细胞的研究对指导胃癌临床治疗及判断预后具有重要意义.本文对胃癌腹腔脱落癌细胞的研究现状与进展作一综述.
