肺癌患者合并情绪障碍的临床分析

摘要

目的:探讨肺癌患者的情绪障碍.方法:采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD) 、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)对72例肺癌患者和72例同期住院的普通内科病人进行比较,比较两组的情绪障碍.结果:肺癌患者与对照组相比存在明显的抑郁症状和焦虑症状,抑郁程度和焦虑程度越高,情绪障碍越明显,差异有统计学意义.结论:肺癌患者存在着明显的情绪障碍,其抑郁和焦虑症状均较明显.%Objective: To explore the emotional disorders of lung cancer patients.Methods: Seventy - two lung cancer patients and seventy - two non - cancer patients hospitalized at the same time were tested with Hamilton Depression( HAMD )and Hamilton Anxiety, to analyze their emotional disorders.Results: Lung cancer patients had more significant depression and anxiety than control group.Conclusion: Lung cancer patients had significant emotional disorders, such as depression and anxiety.
