PEDF在肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要

Pigment epithelium - derived factor ( PEDF ) is an endogenous non - inhibitory serine protease inhibitor which has complex activities such as neurotrophy, neuroprotection anti - angiogenesis, anti - vasopermeability and promotion of apoptosis. Recent researches show that PEDF can be a potential antitumor agent by causing both direct and indirect tumor suppression. The article reviewed the advance of researches on its molecular structure, functions,anti -angiogenesis and antitumor mechanisms.%色素上皮源性因子(PEDF)是一种内源性的非抑制性丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂,具有营养神经、神经保护、抗血管生成、抗血管渗漏和促进凋亡等生物学活性.研究表明:PEDF可以直接或间接地抑制肿瘤,从而有望成为潜在的抗肿瘤策略.现就其分子结构,生理功能,抗新生血管及抗肿瘤等机制方面的研究进展进行综述.
