甲状腺囊性病变彩色超声引导下介入治疗的临床价值

摘要

目的:观察超声引导下介入治疗甲状腺囊性病变的临床效果,探讨甲状腺囊性病变治疗的新方法.方法:采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,探头为7.5-10MHz,硬化剂为无水酒精,注入硬化剂为抽出囊液的1/2左右,保留5分.结果:46 例病人均一次进针成功,成功率100%,未见有明显并发症出现.随诊复检3个月、6个月、1年.未见有复发者.结论:甲状腺囊肿及甲状腺腺瘤出血比较常见, 而超声引导下介入治疗无痛、微创、安全、高效、廉价、美观等优点易被患者接受,所以甲状腺囊性病变应首选超声引导下介入治疗.%Objectie:To study the clinical effect of interventional ultrasound in treat ment of cystic thyroid disease.Methods :To apply color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis machine , 7.5 - 10MHz probe frequency, and use absolute alcohol as hardener, inject hardener with half of the cyst liquid, keep it in five minutes.Results: All of the 46cases of patients succeed insert by the needle at the first time, the rate of success up to 100％ ,and no obvious complication, follow up the patient for 3 months,6 months and 1 year.There's no recur until now, the longest period 3years and 2 months of the shortest.Conclusion :Hemorrhage of thyroid cyst and thyroid adenoma is common, and interventional uhrasound has the merits such as no pain , minimally invasive, safe, effective, cheap, aesthetic and so on, so it should be the first choice in therapy of cystic thyroid.
