HuR 蛋白在胸腺瘤组织中的表达及意义

摘要

目的:检测HuR蛋白在胸腺瘤组织中的表达,分析其与胸腺瘤是否发生侵袭邻近器官及组织学分型的关系及意义.方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测HuR在50例胸腺瘤组织中的表达.结果:HuR的表达与胸腺瘤是否发生侵袭相关(P＜0.05),无侵袭及有侵袭阳性率分别为40.91％及78.57％.HuR的表达与胸腺瘤的组织学分型相关(P＜0.05).结论:HuR在胸腺瘤细胞核中高表达可能参与了胸腺瘤的发生发展过程,有望影响胸腺瘤的术后治疗.%Objective:To detect expression of HuR in different his tologic type of thymoma and investigate its influence on the histologic type and invasiveness. Methods: HuR expression were investigated by immunohistochemical studies. Results: The expression of HuR protein in thymoma was associated with pathologic histological type and invasiveness (P <0. 05 ). Conclusion; Neulears high -expressed HuR possibly participated the procession of the tu-mogenesis,growth and prognosis of thymoma,which may play a very important role in the therapy after operation.
