Objective: To investigate the expression of CXCR7 and its clinical significance in human panreatic cancer. Methods: The expression of CXCR7 in 64 samples of human pancreatic cancer and 24 samples of normal human pancreatic tissues were detected by the immunohistochemistry method. Results: The expression of CXCR7 correlated with lymph node metastasis, expression rate of CXCR7 in group of having lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than not(P<0.05). Conclusion: The high expression of CXCR7 plays an important role in invasion and metastasis in human pancreatic cancer and CXCR7 may serve as an usefully therapeutic target for curing pancreatic cancer.%目的:探讨CXCR7在人胰腺癌组织中的表达及与临床病理特征之间的关系.方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测64例胰腺癌组织及24例正常组织中CXCR7的表达.结果:胰腺癌组织的CXCR7表达在是否淋巴结转移之间有显著差异(P<0.05).结论:CXCR7与胰腺癌的侵袭转移密切相关,有可能作为治疗胰腺癌的新靶点.
