肠内营养在胃肠道肿瘤术后应用的研究进展

摘要

Nutrition support is becoming more and more important in the postoperative therapy for patients undergoing gastrointestinal tumor. With the development of clinical nutrition and new medical technique, especially enteral nutrition is attracting more and more attention. By summarizing the benefit,approach,product,common complication and disposal of enteral nutrition and enteral immunonutrition latest progression, this paper provides references for clinical doctor to improve the nutritional condition of patients undergoing gastrointestinal tumor.%营养支持在胃肠道肿瘤患者术后治疗中日趋重要,随着临床营养及医学新技术的发展,尤其是肠内营养越来越受到人们重视.本文通过对肠内营养的优越性、途径、制剂、常见并发症及处理和肠内免疫营养概况的最新进展进行综述,为临床更好改善胃肠道肿瘤术后营养状况提供参考.
