剪接子KLF6-SV1的研究进展

摘要

KLF6 is a member of KLF family. It was known to participate in transcriptional control of growth and development, cell proliferation, differentiation, and angiogenesis in nuclear. Recently, some researches suggest thated abnormality in expression of KLF6 or activity absence and KLF - svl over expression may be related with development, progress, and prognosis of tumor intensively. The article reviews the recent progress of alternative splicing KLF6-SV1.%KLF6为KLF家族成员,参与生长发育、细胞增殖、分化及血管生成等过程的核转录调控.近来有研究显示KLF6的表达异常或活性缺失和剪接子KLF6-SV1的表达增加与肿瘤的发生发展和预后密切相关,并有可能成为分子靶向治疗的新靶点.本文对近年来剪接子KLF6 - SV1相关的研究进展进行综述.
