联合检测血清CEA与CYFRA21-1在肺癌诊断中的应用

摘要

目的:探讨癌胚抗原(CEA)与细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)联合检测在肺癌诊断中的应用价值.方法:采用电化学发光方法检测116例肺癌患者与10例正常人血清中CEA与CYFRA21 -1的水平.结果:肺癌患者血清中CEA与CYFRA21 -1水平明显高于健康对照组(P＜0.05)；CEA与CYFRA21 -1在肺癌中的检测率分别为41.2％与42.6％,二者联合检测敏感性与准确性均有明显提高；治疗后CEA与CYFRA21-1含量与治疗前相比显著降低(P＜0.05).结论:CEA与CYFRA21-1联合检测可明显提高肺癌诊断阳性率,对临床诊断与疗效评价有一定的应用价值.%Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of CEA and CYFRA21 -1 in serum of patients with lung cancer. Methods: Serum levels of CEA and CYFRA21 -1 were measured by electrochem-iluminescence assay in 10 normal adults and 116 patients with lung cancer. Results: The levels of CEA in patients with lung cancer were obviously higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Sensitivity and veracity of combined detection was significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion: Combined detection of CEA and CYFRA21 - 1 has a notable value in clinical diagnosis and therapeutic evaluation for patients with lung cancer.
