雌激素受体在骨肉瘤中的表达及治疗中的作用的研究进展

摘要

近年来,雌激素受体在部分生殖及非生殖系统肿瘤中发现有高表达,因成骨细胞中同样发现有雌激素受体的表达,拟雌激素类药物已广泛应用于抗骨质疏松治疗.在骨肉瘤组织及细胞系中,多数研究认为雌激素受体有表达,且在细胞系中应用抗激素及激素刺激均有效,同时发现应用于乳腺癌内分泌治疗的雌激素受体调节类抗癌药物在其他肿瘤中具有化疗增敏效应.这些发现可能是对于骨肉瘤患者,尤其是对于发现有肺部转移且化疗反应差的患者是一种新的有效的治疗手段.雌激素相关抗癌疗法在非骨肉瘤类的许多肿瘤研究中已有大量报道,本文主要介绍雌激素受体在骨肉瘤中的表达及治疗中的作用的研究进展.%The ER(estrogen receptor) has been detected of highly expression in some of the reproductive and non reproductive system tumor.Due to its finding in osteoblast and the important role of drugs with estrogenic activity in anti-osteoporosis therapy,researchers reported ER could be detected also in the tissue and cell lines of osteosarcoma which even could be affected by anti-estrogen and estrogen stimulation.Due to the chemotherapeutic sensitivity enhancing effect of SERM(selective estrogen receptor modifier) in some kinds of tumors and some patients with osteosarcoma responded poorly to chemotherapy especially when got lung metastasis,endocrine therapy might be a potential and effective way for patient with osteosarcoma.So in this review,we mainly introduce the research progress of estrogen receptors expression and therapeutic effects in osteosarcoma.
