ROC曲线评价CEA、CYFRA21-1对非小细胞肺癌的诊断价值

Objective:To study the value of ROC curve in the evaluation of diagnostic value of the detection of CEA and CYFRA21-1 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods:The level from serum of two tumor markers was obtained by method of electrochemiluminescence.ROC curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic value of two tumor markers.Results:The levels of CYFRA21-1and CEA were significantly higher than that of patients with benign pulmonary disease and controls (P ＜ 0.05).The positive rates of serum CYFRA21-1 and CEA of the cases of local advanced NSCLC were significantly higher than that of patients with benign pulmonary disease and controls(P ＜0.05).ROC curves show that the under-curve area of CYFRA21-1 and CEA was 0.848,0.878 respectively.Conclusion:CYFRA21-1 and CEA have diagnostic value to NSCLC,and the combined detection can significantly improve the sensitivity in diagnosis of NSCLC.%目的:应用ROC曲线评价CEA、CYFRA21-1对局部晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)诊断的价值.方法:采用电化学发光法测定局部晚期非小细胞肺癌组、良性肺病组、正常对照组血清CEA、CYFRA21-1表达水平.应用ROC曲线对各指标的诊断效能进行分析和评价.结果:局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者血清CEA和CYFRA21-1的浓度明显高于良性肺病组和健康体检组(P＜0.05)；局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者血清CEA和CYFRA21-1的敏感性均明显高于良性肺病组和健康体检组(P＜0.05).二者联合检测的敏感性为74.11％,明显高于单项检测.CEA、CYFRA21-1的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.848、0.878.结论:CEA、CYFRA21-1对非小细胞肺癌的诊断有一定的临床价值.二者联合可提高检测的敏感性.
