生物修补膜在食管癌手术中的应用研究

摘要

Objective:To explore the application of ThormalGEN biomaterial patch used in esophageal cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 48 esophageal cancer patients underwent surgery were randomly divided into experimental group(n =25) and control group(n =23).ThormalGEN biomaterial patches were used for patients in experimental group,but not in control group.Reconstruction effect,acute or chronic rejection and complications were observed during operation,1 and 6 months after operation.Results:There was no statistical difference between the two groups in operative time,blood loss during operation,chest drainage and hospitalization time (P ＞ 0.05).No anastomotic leakage or stricture,acute or chronic rejection,and related complications were observed in both groups.Conclusion:The ThorrnalGEN biomaterial patch is biocompatible and safe in esophageal cancer surgery.%目的:探讨生物材料ThormalGEN胸普外科修补膜在食管癌手术中的临床应用.方法:48例胸食管癌手术患者随机分为实验组(n=25)和对照组(n=23).实验组用胸普外科修补膜进行食管胃吻合口覆盖、包埋及加固,对照组不使用胸普外科修补膜进行包埋.观察两组围手术期及术后1、6个月的重建效果、急慢性排斥反应及并发症.结果:两组在手术时间、术中出血、胸腔引流和住院时间无统计学差异(P＞0.05),术后1、6个月均未出现吻合口瘘、狭窄等并发症.结论:生物材料补片在胸外科手术中的应用具有良好的生物相容性和安全性.
