睾丸间质细胞瘤的临床分析

摘要

目的:探讨睾丸间质细胞瘤的临床特点,提高睾丸间质细胞瘤的诊断和治疗水平.方法:报告1例睾丸间质细胞瘤患者的临床资料,结合相关文献进行分析.结果:术中快速冰冻病理结果为良性睾丸间质细胞瘤,行保留睾丸的肿瘤剜除术,术后随访4个月未见肿瘤复发及转移.结论:睾丸间质细胞瘤是临床较为少见的一种肿瘤,术前诊断较为困难,确诊仍依赖术后病理组织学检查.治疗主要以手术治疗,传统的手术方法采用根治性睾丸切除术,然而对于青春期前患者、双侧辜丸间质细胞瘤等患者,特别是病理检查确诊是良性睾丸间质细胞瘤患者,可以施行保留睾丸的肿瘤剜除术,行肿瘤剜除术前应常规行快速冰冻病理检查.%Objective:To discuss the clinical characters of the testicular Leydig cell tumor(LCT),to improve diagnosis and treatment level.Methods:A case of Leydig cell tumor was analyzed,the related literature was reviewed.Results:The result of quick frozen section pathological analysis during the surgery was benign tumor,the patient underwent testis sparing surgery(TSS).No local recurrence or distant metastasis was detected during 4 months follow-up.Conclusion:Leydig cell tumor was rare tumor,preoperative diagnosis was difficult,diagnosis mainly rely on pathological examination.Surgery was the main therapeutic method,the traditional surgery method was the radical orchiectomy.But for pre-adolescent patients with bilateral testicular Leydig cell tumor or single testis,especially their pathological grade was benign,TSS was a feasible and safe Choice.Quick frozen section pathological analysis is the prerequisite of TESS.
