HLA-Ⅰ类抗原在喉癌中的表达及意义

摘要

Objective:To study the expression and significance of HLA class Ⅰ antigen in human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods:To detect the expression of HLA class Ⅰ antigen in 40 laryngeal carcinoma and adjacent tissues Results:Down-regulation and deletion ratio of expression of HLA class Ⅰ antigen was 60％ and 17.5％,respectively.Expression of HLA class Ⅰ antigen was correlated with lymph node metastasis.Conclusion:Expression of HLA class Ⅰ antigen in laryngeal carcinoma was down-regulated or deleted and maybe correlated with metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma.%目的:研究HLA-Ⅰ类抗原在喉癌组织中的表达及意义.方法:应用免疫组化方法检测HLA-Ⅰ类抗原在40例喉癌组织及癌旁正常组织中的表达.结果:HLA-Ⅰ类抗原在喉癌组织中表达下调比例60％,缺失比例17.5％.有转移淋巴结组与无转移淋巴结组之间差异存在统计学意义.结论:HLA-Ⅰ类抗原在喉癌组织中表达下调或缺失,可能与淋巴结转移相关.
