脊柱转移瘤诊断与外科治疗的研究进展

摘要

脊柱转移瘤已成为日益严峻的临床问题。此类患者多属恶性肿瘤晚期，预期生存时间短，生活质量差，因此做到早诊断、早治疗就显得尤为重要。随着医疗技术和治疗理念的快速发展，脊柱转移瘤的诊断率已有提高，患者的生存时间和生存质量也有所改善。但具体治疗策略还是存在争议，这取决于多种因素。近年来不断有学者提出针对脊柱转移瘤的临床分型系统用以帮助制定治疗策略。随着外科技术的进步，手术治疗已成为脊柱转移瘤重要的治疗方式之一。本文将回顾国内外对脊柱转移瘤诊断和外科治疗策略的最新进展。%Spinal metastases represent a severe clinical problem.Most of these patients who are in the late stage of malignant tumor with limited survival time and poor quality of life;so early diagnosis and early treatment are particu-larly important.The rapid progress of medical technology and treatment concept has led to the diagnostic rate in-creased and the survival time and quality of life improved.Surgery has played an important role in the treatment of spi-nal metastases.However,the treatment strategies of spinal metastases which depend on many factors remain controver-sial.In recent years,some scholars devised several clinical classification systems especially those prognostic scoring systems for spinal metastases in order to help to determine treatment strategies.This thesis aims to review the latest re-search progress about diagnosis and surgical management of spinal metastases.
